Prior to forming Plan B Sports Management, LLC., Brian served as a litigation associate for approximately four years in the Cincinnati, Ohio law firm of Scheper & McGowan, and an additional six years as an Assistant General Counsel for the largest bus and train company in the U.S. Brian also acts as a liaison for Plan B’s financial, tax, insurance, banking and athlete training consultants. Brian is responsible for all aspects of client management at Plan B Sports, including but not limited to: recruiting, contract negotiation of National Football League (NFL) player contracts, shoe and apparel contracts and trading card and licensing agreements, supplementing our clients’ income and increasing their exposure by generating endorsement opportunities, radio and television appearances, autograph signings, and complimentary use of vehicles, cell phone and other consumer products, handling pre-draft communications with NFL decision makers, coaches and scouts, and organizing our pre-draft player marketing packages. Our pre-draft plan also consists of, but isn’t limited to: team interview simulations, nutritional meal plan, coordination of lodging and transportation, video cut-ups, peer analytical comparison reports, coordination of individual workouts, AND increasing our clients’ profile through use of the media via articles and radio/television interviews.īrian is a licensed attorney and certified contract advisor with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA).
